About Wolfe Transaction Co.

Your deals are important.

Taking an individualized approach to transaction coordination.

I help my clients build great timelines and deal frameworks and cover all the details.

I’m Elizabeth (Liz), a licensed agent in Florida and licensed Broker in North Carolina for over ten years.

Prior to that, I was a coordinator.

I now work out of Lake Lure, NC and help agents primarily in Florida and North Carolina get their deals done.

A group of diverse individuals join hands for teamwork in West Java, Indonesia.

Supporting you in achieving and maintaining a healthy, balanced life.

I take a holistic approach to transaction coordination from ensuring your details are correct in my CRM (AFrame) or as a guest user in yours (I speak fluent Follow-up Boss). I’m familiar with timelines and details in North Carolina and Florida.

I communicate with you throughout the timeline, make adjustments as things change, and ensure that everyone knows when there’s an issue.
